OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
THE CHALLENGE:
Utilizing Avini Health® Plus Fiber, Avini Health® Cell Defender, Avini Health® Trim Science™ weight loss drink mix and incorporating a healthy meal plan and exercise routine, participants will compete in a weight loss and wellness challenge for an opportunity to win one of the following prizes:
● (1) Grand Prize = 7 Day trip for two (2) to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, (round-trip airfare, $500 food credit and lodging included).
● (1) 2nd Place = $1,000
● (1) 3rd Place = $500
● (10) Honorable Mentions will receive $100 each
Winners will be selected based on their weight loss transformation as well as their inner transformation, based on their submitted challenge essay and completed questionnaires. Participants will be judged and the winners will be determined by a panel of Avini Health® appointed wellness representatives.
The Trim Science™ Challenge 2023 (“2023 Challenge”) will be conducted in the United States and will be open only to residents of the United States and its territories.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS, TIMELINES AND DEADLINES
The Trim Science™ Challenge begins Sunday, February 1st, 2023, and ends on Friday, Apr 30, 2023.
To officially enter the 2023 Challenge, you must register online by visiting www.avinievents.com/trimsciencechallenge and complete the following:
● Fill out the online registration form.
● Place order for (1) Avini Health® Plus Fiber, (1) Avini Health® Cell Defender, and (1) Trim Science™ Drink Mix, and input your order number. (Participants are required to order (1) Avini Health® Plus Fiber, (1) Avini Health® Cell Defender, and (1) Trim Science™ Drink Mix, by January 22, 2023, and input your order number for each month of the challenge. A total of 3 purchases of each product for the 90 Day Challenge. Any orders for January prior to the start of the Challenge can be used as proof for the first month. Autoship is highly suggested.
● Upload (4) full-body photos, in a bathing suit or form-fitting clothing, if more comfortable, holding the Trim Science™ product. (1) front view picture, (1) back view picture, (1) right side view picture and (1) left side view picture.
● Upload (1) photo of scale showing your current weight with Trim Science container in view.
● Answer the Trim Science™ Challenge questions.
All steps must be completed to become officially entered, and to be eligible to win a prize package. All 2023 Challenge online registration information must be completed and submitted by Tuesday, January 31, 2023 11:59pm PST. Incomplete and illegible entries may be disqualified. All essays and “before” and “after” photos must be your own original and unpublished story. Avini Heath® is not responsible for internet connectivity, mail delays, misplaced or lost entries.
To remain eligible to win a prize package, challenge participants must also complete the following check-in updates at avinievents.com/trimsciencechallenge:
● 30 Day Check-In. Mar 2, 2023
● 60 Day Check-In. Apr 2, 2023
● 90 Day Final Submission. May 2, 2023
Check-in updates must be submitted no more than (3) days after the assigned check-in dates to remain eligible to win a prize package.

HOW YOU WILL BE JUDGED:
The 2023 Trim Science™ Challenge judges will select one (1) Grand Prize winner, one (1) 2nd Place winner, one (1) 3rd Place winner, and ten (10) Honorable mention winners. Winners will be chosen based upon the following criteria: outer transformation (“before” and “after” pictures, and total weight loss) = 50% of total score; and inner transformation (essay and questions) = 50% of total score. The likelihood of winning depends upon the number of entries received, and the quality and results of your entry compared to the quality and results of all other entry submissions as determined by the judges. In the event of a tie, winners will be selected based solely on the inner transformation essay and questions. Winners will be announced on May 15, 2023, via phone call or email, and the Trim Science Challenge Facebook group.
WHO’S ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE 2023 CHALLENGE:
The 2023 Trim Science™ Challenge is open to Avini Health® distributors and retail customers.
2023 Trim Science™ Challenge participants must be at least 21 years of age and be residents of the United States and its territories before starting the 2023 Challenge. The 2023 Challenge is subject to applicable federal and state laws and is void where prohibited. Employees of Avini Health™, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and any of their advertising, promotion and internet agencies, or consultants and contractors providing services for the 2023 Challenge, and all their immediate family members along with all those with whom they are domiciled, may participate but are not eligible to win. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether nature or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, stepsister or 1st cousin.
Participants may not use anabolic steroids or any strength-enhancing prescription drugs or medications unless prescribed by a physician to treat an existing medical condition (medication and medical condition must be noted in the written portion of your online Challenge registration). A medical note from the prescribing physician may be required. All prize winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, and may be drug tested.
REGULATIONS:
Avini Health™ reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual 2023 Trim Science™ Challenge participants. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at avinievents.com/trimsciencechallenge. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information and materials submitted along with your Official Entry Registration become the sole and exclusive property of Avini Health®. The 2023 Trim Science™ Challenge participant scores are proprietary to Avini Health® and will not be disclosed. Avini Health® shall have the sole right in its sole discretion to disqualify any 2023 Trim Science™ Challenge participant without explanation for any reason at any stage of the 2023 Challenge, and Avini Health® shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard. Each 2023 Trim Science™ Challenge participant assumes all risk of injury, harm or loss of any kind arising from participation in the 2023 Challenge. Consult with your physician or health care provider before starting any new exercise, nutrition or supplementation program, particularly if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over-the-counter medications. If you are not experienced with strength training, or if you are changing your exercise program, consult with a qualified trainer or coach. 2023 Challenge participants expressly release Avini Health®, its distributors and affiliated companies, and the directors, officers and employees of any of them from all risk, loss, injury, damage or harm that may arise from participating in the 2023 Challenge. 2023 Challenge participants must notify Avini Health® in writing of any change of address or phone number. Winners who cannot be reached within ten (10) days at the address or phone number in their completed Official Entry Registration Forms will be disqualified.
Submission of your completed Official Entry Registration Forms in the 2023 Challenge constitutes your express consent and permission for Avini Health®, and any of its affiliated companies, to use your name, photographs and written responses (in whole or in part) for promotional and advertising purposes to promote Avini Health® products, and its business, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without limitation or restriction or further consideration of any kind, and such consent is deemed given by your entry and participation in the 2023 Challenge. Submission of your completed Official Entry Registration Forms shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to Avini Health® of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, of your photographs and written responses.
PRIZES:
There will be thirteen (13) prize packages awarded. Ten (10) Honorable Mention winners will receive a prize package which consists of $100 Cash, (total prize value of $100). One (1) 3rd Place winner will receive a prize package which consists of $500 Cash, (total prize value of $500). One (1) 2nd Place winner will receive a prize package which consists of $1,000 Cash, (total prize value of $1,000). One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a prize package which consists of a 7 Day trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for two (2) including lodging at our Cabo Condo, round trip airfare for two (2) and a $500 food credit (total prize value of $4,200). Grand Prize Package value may vary based on dates and times of travel. Travel arrangements will be booked by Avini Health®. Possible travel and lodging blackout dates may apply. All Prize values state approximately the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier(s) and are correct at time of printing. All prize values (or where relevant, possible maximum value), are in US dollars. Avini Health® takes no responsibility for any variation in prize values.
Taxes for US Residents: All state, local, federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize or prizes valued $600 or more in any given year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings. The actual retail value of the prize will be reported on the IRS Form 1099.
No substitutions for the prizes except at the option of Avini Health® in the event of unavailability. All winners must sign a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and releasing Avini Health® and its affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies, the contest judges and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with the 2023 Trim Science™ Challenge, the entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use of the prize or any portion thereof. Grand Prize winner will become an exclusive endorser for Avini Health® products and The Trim Science™ Challenge and related products and services and enter into an exclusive endorsement agreement with Avini Health®/Trim Science™. Winners will be announced Monday, May 8, 2023 via phone call or email and the official Facebook group Trim Science™ Challenge 2023.
